Darlington County Adult Education hosting free ‘Silver Surfers’ technology sessions

Silver Surfers' ClubDARLINGTON, S.C. – Darlington County School District and Darlington County Adult Education are sponsoring the Silver Surfers’ Club throughout the months of February, March, April and May.

The free club will feature technology sessions twice each month at the Darlington and Hartsville locations of Darlington County Adult Education. The Darlington location is 100 Magnolia St., and the Hartsville location is 437 W. Carolina Ave.

Each session will provide plenty of valuable knowledge about the following technologies:

• Feb. 11 and Feb. 25 – Email (Google)
• March 10 and March 24 – Social Media
• April 14 and April 28 – Word Processing
• May 12 and May 26 – Tablet BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)

Each session will be held from 1-3 p.m. and will be provided at no cost to attendees.
