HARTSVILLE, S.C. -- Game 1 of the Class 3A softball state championship has been postponed due to weather conditions, Hartsville High School Athletic Director Phyllis Griggs announced this afternoon.
Due to Union County High School’s graduation, the schools rescheduled the game for 3 p.m. Saturday at Hartsville High School’s softball field. Game 2 is now scheduled for 6 p.m. Monday at Union County.
Should weather conditions prevent Game 1 from being played Saturday, an announcement will be made and the game will be played at 6 p.m. Monday at Hartsville High School. In that situation, Game 2 would be played at Union County on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
