As Induction Teachers just entering the teaching profession, we have designed the Project TEACH program to help you have the utmost success your first year and to prepare you for many years to come.
The purpose of the Project TEACH (Teacher Education, Assessment, Career Development, and High Achievement) program is to assist you in building a solid foundation of good teaching practices, classroom management, and professional responsibilities. It is also designed to help you prepare for the formal evaluation process.

All meetings will be held in the DCSD Administrative Office Training Room and will begin promptly at 4:00 PM until 5:30 PM (unless otherwise noted).

A NOTE about Mentor forms:
The Mentor Contact Log and Mentor Agreement should only be used when mentoring an Induction 1 teacher who is a participant in the Project TEACH program. Please make sure the teacher you have been assigned to mentor is an induction teacher before completing any forms. Thank you for your dedication to our induction teachers!
